We have set out to disrupt the way leadership development looks to provide a more authentic, here and now approach. Here are a couple core premises of ours:
- We believe everyone is a leader. The days of top down or hierarchical privilege in who gets developed organizationally and when no longer works. If everyone has the tools, everyone wins.
- WE CREATE EXPERIENCES WHERE -People are engaged intellectually, emotionally, socially, soulfully, and/or physically. This produces learning that is personal and real.
- One size one – learning is personal – and relevant to the individual.
Tamara Carrillo and Melissa Goodwin are leaders in the field of Communication and Organizational Development with a combined 25 years of experience in leadership development, corporate training, executive coaching, and public speaking. They currently speak and lead workshops around the country on the changing nature of leadership and have designed, developed, and delivered hundreds of presentations and training programs for Fortune 500 corporations. They have worked extensively with senior-level executives and industry leaders specializing in world class leadership programs, culture, collaboration, and employee engagement.
We are passionate about helping people lead better. Lead better teams, lead better companies, and lead better lives.
